SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to send your unused and same-condition product back. The item must be in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we have received your item, we will inspect it for signs of use.

We do not refund the shipping costs which were part of the original amount of your purchase. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please include this with your item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.  For example, any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for full refunds. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund and the refund amount.

If a refund (full or partial) is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

We do not refund the original shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to our error, and only for the exact same item.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
