Saint Crispin Leatherworks

Crafted to Last Generations

Full-grain leather, hand-stitched with waxed linen thread. Every piece from our bench is built to age gracefully and outlast the trends that inspired it.

The Workshop

Our bench sits in a converted garage that smells of beeswax and vegetable-tanned hide. Each item is cut, stitched, and finished by a single pair of hands, start to finish. No assembly lines, no subcontracting.

We source our leather from small tanneries that use bark extracts rather than chrome salts. The hides are slower to tan but reward the patience with depth of color and a surface that burnishes beautifully over years of handling.

Caring for Your Leather

Good leather rewards minimal maintenance. A wipe-down with a damp cloth and an occasional coat of conditioner is all most pieces need. Our care guide covers the specifics for vegetable-tanned, chrome-tanned, and oil-pull finishes.
